The Problem
The company had no website that served both its external audience and employees. Visitors couldn't find clear information about the company, and job seekers had no way to evaluate the culture or opportunities: hurting both trust and recruitment.

INTERVIEW
Users expect a trust-building site that highlights competitive advantages and boosts employee pride
Values and achievements must be front and center, policies, milestones, and department insights Tone should be informal and youthful while still reflecting the company's ambitions
Main weakness and competitor gap: lack of website clarity and user trust
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
After conducting competitive analysis, we opted for an information architecture (IA) strategy. Information architecture is crucial in organizing and structuring content for improved user experience. Our IA approach enhanced navigation, making the user journey more efficient and user-centric, resulting in higher satisfaction and engagement.
